GEA Releases Web Application Monitoring

Systems manufacturer, GEA said that it has developed a web application to help customers minimize unplanned downtime by enabling location-independent monitoring and troubleshooting for heating and cooling systems.

The company said a team of heating and cooling specialists and data experts monitor and analyze the connected systems while the system uses push notifications and links to inform the user about faults and errors as well as recommended troubleshooting options.

“By continuously monitoring system performance and providing real-time alerts, potential issues can be identified and addressed before they escalate into critical failures,” GEA said in a press release.

The company added that the web application, called GEA InsightPartner Blu-Red Care, “increases transparency regarding system operation, provides relevant data for analysis and supports the user in identifying and proactively rectifying any problems that arise.”
